Making 7.5 French out of 30-06 brass.

Anyone else do this? I've been die sizing down 30-06 brass into
7.5 French and using pulled 147 Gr .308 surplus bullets with
great results. The only thing that sucks is the width of the
front sight post on my Mas 36, which makes a small target at 100
yrds hard to see. At 50 yards, she was getting half inch groups
which would be 1 MoA if I could see the damned target.
I'm only bragging about the group size because usually I can't
group for crap on rifles. The recoil with 42.5 grains of Norma
202 is about as much as a .308. It's a beefy little rifle and I
       really like them.
Tomorrow I'm going to be using a much larger target and will be
taking video/pictures to show you how this "home made" ammo
performs. It's a super cost effective way to load for these
rifles without having to pay a dollar a round. Any questions,
       just pm or post.
