       M1 Carbine Picture Thread

       Wish I had more money. These are such fun little rifles. Great
       for female shooters as there is no recoil and it is light and
       small.
       Here's mine. A 1943 Saginaw CMP Re-work. I want more :(

       I'll have to see about getting some pics of my father's M1
       carbine (difficult, since he's in OK and I'm way west of there)
       - fair warning though, some moron in their infinite stupidity
       filed off the wings of the front sight! Other than that, it's
       just your run-of-the-mill M1 that was converted to M2, then
       "de-converted" back to M1 (you can tell because of the sliver
       out of the left side of the stock).
       March of '43 Rock-ola.  ;)
