       Mosin Nagantitis

       Hello.
       I just discovered this Forum, looks good!
       I got my first Mosin Nagant after reading about them on the
       internet.  Discovered one with a private seller at a Tampa gun
       show.  I was looking for AKM items when I showed my wife an
       example of what I'd been reading about, a Izhevsk 1943 M91/30.
       She immediately said it would look great on the wall and I
       should buy it!!!  We call it Wall - e.  It does hang on the
       wall, but it is a very accurate shooter.
       A year or so later, I picked up a Tula 1939 M91/30 with a 2002
       Ukrainian PU Scope.  I called my PU Sniper knowing full well it
       is not original.  It hits the gong at 300 meters.
       Still not a collector..
       At a recent Mobile gun show, I found a TULA 1924 5-LINE
       РСФСР M1891 - No import or refurb
       marks.  Had to get it!!.  Cleaned it up and fired Czech low
       recoil 46gr ammo since I had no information on its history and
       last firing.  No problem so I shot a few rounds of Soviet
       milsurp 148gr heavy ball.  Shoots great.
       Result - just sent off for my 03 FFL C&R!!!!

       Three mosins?  I had 3 once.  Then, I got a C&R and stuff like
       this happened...
