Inexpensive(non surplus) 7.62x54r ammo

Wondering where to find inexpensive non corrosive 7.62x54r
ammo...or is the non surplus ammo all $ .80 to $1 per round?

I'm not really sure inexpensive and noncorrosive go together in
54R. I am also not sure why you would bother since it is easy
enough to clean up any bolt action you'd be firing. I can't
think of anything else that shoots 54R, but I'm a newb myself,
so if you're looking at something firing 54R semi-auto then
yeah, noncorrosive would be important.
For ammo in general I have an RSS feed on slickguns.com and I
watch for deals there.

I have been told that Walmart carries new production 54R at
about $.50/round, and that it is pretty consistent. Once I've
got my PU zeroed I'm going to give it a try with some of the new
stuff just to see how it does.
