       The rules are looser around here, but there are guidelines you
       have to follow.
       These are the basic rules but not limited to:
       - Large quote chains
       - Longest thread ever
       - One-letter topics
       - Self-declared spam
       - Nonsense
       - Emote spam
       - Count to # threads
       Please follow these guidelines, but have fun in Off-Topic!  ;)
