Nay. Kapag sobrang lala na ng kaso, Reclusion perpetua or life
imprisonment nalang ang ihatol. Sapat naman na siguro yung at
least 30 years of imprisonment and additional penalties. :-X

yes! pero dun lang sa may mga mabibigat na kasalanan like Rape
and murder lalo na kung mga bata ang biktima. everyone should be
punished.

There are so many problems in our country: too much crime,
drugs , very disoredrly, and people don't have security.. The
obedience on the Law is almost an optional. Crimes, Drugs,
Corruption should Stop . We need discipline for us to develop. I
agree to the implementation of the Death Penalty and must be
apply for those people who commit crimes inhumanly. ;D ;D ;D ;D
