Selling to get what? Keep all the good parts from this and scrap
the chassis then get another one that's not crashed as bad.

What good parts? Only good stuff on it is the seat, harness and
coilovers...

If you get another 240, you're gonna wish you kept every piece
of suspension and drivetrain when you crash again. I can't even
count how many lower control arms I've gone through over the
years. I'd prolly keep the doors too.
