Spencer Speedway, an oval track out here. The first event was in
August - the first drift event this county has ever seen.
All the videos I've seen are just of this little
gymkhana-looking back area but we hit the oval on every run,
it's top of 3rd gear. The back area is pretty dope though, bunch
of different ways you can hit it. When I come back here to visit
next year I'm gonna time it with their events.

I have a new friend. Or my car does anyways.

My boy took a really terrible cel-phone vid of that oval.
Beware tire squeal...

I have a serious fcking problem. My new ball joints are so
fcking stiff that my car will no longer naturally counter-steer.
I can't fcking do sht with this car anymore. I spent all day
fighting this thing at an event today - you woulda thought this
was my first time behind the fcking wheel. I can't wait to see
the vids from this. I paid $350 for the good Meyle HD arms too
and I can't even put my old ones back on because I threw them
out. I really don't know what the fck to do. I'm sure not
wasting $1,000 on a WiseFab kit I know that. FCUK.

I think my only option here is buying a couple replacement ball
joints and just bashing the fck out of them to make them loose
and then pressing those in.

Buy an SLR setup. Way better than wisefab.

That kit is still minimum $1k, $1,500 for the whole thing.
I just ordered a pair of the cheapest ball joints I could find -
$30 shipped for a pair - I'm gonna try to turn them into heim
joints. Really all I need from them is the sleeve to press into
my arm, and the hardened taper. Should make for an interesting
little project. If they turn out good, maybe I'll sell them.

Finally got around to cutting those steering-angle adapters.
Needs a little bit of a redesign. Don't mind that big gouge - I
did my numbers wrong.

Yeah I'm kinda scatter-brained, I have like 4 little projects
all going at once that I work on when I'm in the mood or when I
get a chance.

Next revision - made it a little beefier too - but no idea when
I'll get around to cutting one out.
