So I decided since there are only like 10 wires in the whole
truck that I should be able to hook the fuse panel back up just
fine, so I made sure there were no colors that were duplicate
and I cut that baby out.
Here is just how bad it looked:

next I pulled all the fuses and tied all the wires together.

And now into the baking soda water and battery charger hooked
up. It started bubbling instantly when I turned on power (that's
       a good thing.)

I stopped it when I went to bed. As safe as it is it's one of
those things I don't like to run indoors when I can't go check
on it once in a while. Hopefully it will be done tonight.

Well it is working. it is just a really slow process with such a
       limited power supply...

Lmao. Yeah it does have a nasty color to it huh. Hopefully a
couple more hours like this, then I can do the process in
reverse. I'm going to attempt to electroplate the terminals with
tin once the rust is all gone.

You mean just plug it into the wall? Nothing good. Needs to be
DC. I have used 320v at 10 amps dc and I works really good. But
that's at work where I had a good power supply.
