Talking with tungm and bob the other night we all seem to agree
on a very grassroots style of all fun drift events is a good
idea for this year.
But I don't think that's enough. I want events damnit. Like bash
style events.
Not the rushed feeling MDU style events. I'm talking midnight
madness event until like 2 am or whenever they shutdown the
track then do all day open drift. Similar to Drift Indy's rage
events everyone seemed to have a good time at those, now take
away the parking lot and add a track to it.
Jackson from the Motorcity drift year would be a fun track to do
as well.
Which was honestly my favorite drift event as far as time spent
at the track but lets make it bigger and better.
That's how we should throw events in Michigan. Like it? Dislike
it? Discuss

We can pitch it to Joe at Autocity at testntune. Don't think it
would be too big of an issue since we have semi done it before

So this would be like the old a-spec drift battle events?
Idk, i would love a "murder mitten bash" but its going to be
difficult to get people to pay for that, when test and tunes are
10$

Basically yes
I'm not sure how much exactly it would cost to rent the track
for a day. But I'm pretty sure the midnight madness thing Track
owner Joe let us in for $15 dollars?
I can't imagine anyone would have a problem paying more than 10
bucks to drive a track all day with no lap limit or circle track
guys.
