been a while since ive posted in here... here is some work i did
the other day at work. Had to weld on some O2 bungs on these
catalyst aging adapters i welded up a couple months ago.
Stainless steal, 3/32 lanthanated tungsten, 25cfh argon flow,
#12 cup/gas lense, welder set to 55amps, pedaling most of the
time.

I drank a few beers, then welded the cans together a few days
ago lol. mainly just dialing in my new TIG machine.

Holy sht that cup is huge! What made you go with that? Half the
time I feel like mine is too big and it's half the size of that.

Better gas coverage, can stick the tungsten out farther. Should
look up toxic fab on Instagram and check his cups out, he makes
and sells his own, best cups and gas lense on the market. They
are a #14, so even bigger than what I'm using.

Watched a vid of that dude on YouTube, he shakes worse than I do
but his welds still look like robot welds. I gotta re-think my
technique or something.
