       BE A LEADER

       To be a leader there are certain things you need to know.
       1.leadership comes from above you get to know this i mean you
       don't fight so hard to lead but people trust in your abilities
       to lead them e.g Nelson Mandela
       2. every person has potentials but a leader does not see him/her
       self as a master because a leader is a serant and the people the
       leader serves must be dear to heart.
       3. personal interests must not be priority in the life of a
       leader, you are a leader because there are people to lead
       without whom you cant lead.
       4. You must be impartial as a leader to see to each that all are
       treated equally and fairly respecting there rights.
       5. be brave, bold and couragous in decision making and take
       risks that are worth taking and manage them.
       6. be resourseful, knoledge is power, in your dutties make sure
       you are as knoledgable as you can be to ensure efficiency
       7. no man is an island as a leader build a strong team to work
       with you, manage time and delegate responsibilities and be tough
       be easy and shine.
