Name: Tasar Zaim
Age: 35
Gender: Male
Appearance:

Personality: Despite how intimidating he can seem, Tasar is
actually quite honorable, levelheaded, and gentle. He doesn't
raise his voice or his fists if he can avoid it, and always
tries to solve problems as quickly and effectively as he can. He
doesn't like technology, though, and he's self-conscious about
his appearance.
Skills/Talents: Tasar's magic affects vitality. Its most
important application is its power to heal, but Tasar can also
manipulate people's vigor to make them more energetic or tire
them out. Tasar's magic doesn't have any capacity to wound or
kill, so for self-defense he has learned hand-to-hand combat,
mostly grappling. His magic is very concentration-intensive
compared to most Visnak, making it easier to disrupt,
particularly when he's dampening vitality.
Bio: Tasar looks like a monster due to his odd combination of
mutations, but he's a well-respected member of the clan for his
soft-spoken, honorable nature and healer's hands. Tasar has
suggested more than once that an alternative to raiding the
Vesoi might be in the Visnak's best interest, but since no
viable alternative has appeared, he's done his best to keep his
friends alive and healthy.
Still, while he supports their efforts in his own way, Tasar is
troubled. He's only thirty-five, but he's one of the oldest
members of the Visnak left; the clan's elders are no longer
living to the ripe old age they once enjoyed, and he's growing
worried that as things continue to worsen, Alecto will be forced
towards more dangerous battles out of desperation and the clan
will be caught between premature death in battle and premature
death from the tribe's worsening health. Even his power over
vitality does not appear equipped to stave off this doom, but it
is not Tasar's way to bring up such dire news without offering
any kind of solution.
The problem is, no alternative has come to Tasar, and so he
looks to news of strangers from the sky with great interest. If
there really is a sky-city somewhere, maybe someone that has the
answers he lacks can be found, and the Visnak can be saved.
