       Personality: Mysterious, playful, curious; Fatima is hard to
       keep your footing around, particularly since she seems to
       deliberately do or say inappropriate things to put people
       off-guard. She helps random people out for seemingly no reason
       and doesn't ask for anything in return, but her odd demeanor and
       tendency to avoid answering direct questions means people have
       trouble being at ease around her.
       Skills/Talents: Fatima's magic manifests as an extremely
       powerful telekinetic ability of unknown range. Her control over
       it is immense, as she can exert crushing or striking force with
       it that can damage heavily armored machinery, but also do work
       as delicate as wood carving or rocking a child to sleep with it.
       As long as she has something to push or pull against, she can
       effectively fly. Beyond this, however, Fatima keeps knowledge of
       what she can do as vague as she possibly can; most of the direct
       answers she's given about limits or weaknesses in her magic have
       been out and out lies.
       Bio: Fatima is one of the Visnak's most powerful mages, but she
       is also not popular in her clan. Mysterious and flighty, Fatima
       spends much of her time performing spontaneous good deeds for
       random people, but her often inappropriate words and behavior
       have blunted the gratitude this might earn her. On top of that,
       Fatima and Alecto have never been on good terms; Fatima was one
       of the few that might have been able to challenge Alecto's
       ascension, and clearly considered doing so until Fyiom supported
       her. Since then, Fatima has taken Alecto's orders as
       suggestions, and outright ignored her when orders have involved
       raiding the Collective. She regularly leaves Clan grounds with
       no explanation, returning when it suits her. Despite this,
       Fatima is tremendously powerful and makes herself useful when
       she's around, so Alecto has not felt comfortable punishing her
       too harshly.
