Too bad we don't have any cap room or many assets.. so many big
names being tossed around in trade discussions (Leonard, Butler,
KAT, Irving, Walker, Lillard, Beal, Derozan, etc, etc).
I honestly would not mind giving up TJ and JJ for Melo at this
point.. gives us much more flexibility going forward.

It'll be interesting to see what Pat and Andy do about
Ellington.
Signing DJJ isn't sexy, but judging by what he's doing in the
summer league, he may turn out to be our draft pick this year.
I get the feeling Riley isn't too anxious to make a significant
trade, like trading for Melo. I'll bet he doesn't want to give
up JJ.

you know I've been down to add Melo for a couple years now, but
the more I think about it, the more intrigued I am at keeping
our guys for another year. Unless a can't miss deal comes
about.
Isn't TJ's contract expiring after this season anyway?

I wouldn't mind 1 more year with everyone together.. I suppose
lol.
TJ has 2 years left on his deal - he's going to get 19m for the
2018-2019 season and 19m for the 2019-2020 season.

something together to get him if Melo is interested. (You may

Anthony, a 10-time NBA All-Star and three-time Olympic gold
medalist, would be pursued vigorously among contenders on the
free-agent market.
The Houston Rockets, Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers are among
multiple teams expected to express interest in Anthony, sources
tell ESPN.
