35mpg is possible with the V8. But you need to be on the
Autobahn to get this. My average is 23mpg. Although I filled up
and 280 miles later I had to put another £80 in.

Went to Westward Ho! On Saturday and stayed over till Monday.
Covered the 75/MG ZT meet on Sunday. Had a cracking day out on
Monday with Redfive. Banana covered 600 miles and never missed a
beat. 40mpg over the weekend.
She is going into MJS for a total overhaul in the New Year. Then
into the body shop. Meets will be limited next year for her.
Once Blue Thunder is sold I may get a ZTT diesel and a trailer
to tow Banana to events.
But I need to spend money on the flat since I tried to burn it
down last week.

Interesting my V6 only does about 25 mpg on average! The good
thing though is its LPG so it's better than a diesel price wise
, :o

Now have Blue Thunder back. Well pleased with the work carried
out by Mike Stafford. And at a very reasonable price. Will be
running her for awhile then will be put up For Sale again.

Though Mike might want to keep her for himself, seemed to want to
give her a very long test drive on facebook

"Blue Thunder" is running really sweet. Since Mike rebuilt the
engine the heater now works even better. Will still sell her but
not for a couple of months. The 10th anniversary of the 260's is
coming up and it be nice to take thunder there.
