Webmaster, you like a wee challenge don't you.? Of course you
do!
Similar to all other forums, rather than have a separate area
for 'Sale and Wanted' sections on the web site, might it be
better to incorporate those areas as a section within the new
forum? Might find these sites become a bit more active and a
useful link to get all those unwanted parts turned around.
Additionally, if I remember correctly, the very original Forum
had some sort of link, that alerted subscribers by email when
posts had been delivered by others. This was very handy, and
could this function perhaps be reinstated ?

"Notify me of replies" and "Notify"
That seems to work OK got notification of your last post re
batteries.
You can "Unnotify" if you are getting a lot of emails.
Same position as "Notify" next to "Reply"

The problem with this is that people put items for sale in and
never advise or remove them when they are sold, that was the
problem with the last forum, lots of deadwood floating about.
So at present the answer is NO. There is enough to do without
having to monitor that as well.
