       What is the purpose of this company

       I want an environment where I can grow. I've always thought so.
       Still, talented people are more likely to feel dissatisfied and
       quit abruptly in environments that don't allow them to take on
       new challenges or exercise some degree of discretion in their
       work. Jobs Focus on Talent It’s commonly believed that talented
       people work fast, but isn’t that why talented people end up
       getting a lot of jobs? For example, let's say you assign top
       performers and average performers to work on the same task.
       Excellent employee. Because of his fast work speed, he completed
