       Full name: Silas Evan White
       Age: ~37
       Physical description: Fine black hair, cut short in the back but
       with enough bangs to slick back sometimes and almost fall into
       his eyes other times. Piercing, expressive green eyes that are
       definitely better at showing his emotions than the rest of his
       face sometimes. Almost dauntingly pale skin. Rather tall -- a
       couple inches above six foot -- and perhaps a bit lanky, could
       have a good muscular build if he could spend more time
       exercising and less time in his office working. Usually either
       wearing a simple black suit or khaki pants and a white dress
       shirt. Posture is rather stiff from so many late nights up
       quadruple-checking numbers and filing reports, and usually has
       his hands in his pockets.

       Character's Personality/Mannerisms: Tends to be rather reserved
       and quiet, can stutter when pressured to talk without ample time
       to decide what exactly he wants to say. Notably introverted.
       Spends more time with computers and numbers than with people,
       and is worlds more comfortable communicating via these devices
       than direct conversation. When he does take the time to speak,
       he is very adamant about not being interrupted or answering
       questions until he finishes speaking, so it tends to be as brief
       as possible, to avoid being stopped halfway through. He is
       rarely openly angry, or openly happy, preferring to stay in a
       medium state of content and withdraw from both conflict and
       over-expression.
