For the new members who are applying for ranks already...

Well as you see there are a gazzilion people wanting to be a mod
or admin or whatever... First off, you shouldn't really apply
for any type of rank besides trusted until you have got
expirienced with Merch Bukkit for a week or two. Trusted is a
good rank to start out with. Not Mod or Admin after being on for
30 minutes...
