Can't build at all

So i come online after about 2 hours i know what the usual is
xxTehEpiczEnderz Team vs Team Panda. Well it was a quiet time
right now because only xxTehEpiczEnder, Ryton and I were online.
I decided to build the bowling arena and guess what i start
flying and my inventory got spammed "you cannot fly and break"
you cannot fly and place blocks" You cannot fly and pick up
blocks" and etc. Whats this whats happening to the server Orange
or Extinct Fix this.

I love how you said 'the usual team ender vs team panda' :D
And it is prolly the new addon orange installed that's doing
this :(

A new plugin that prevents players from PvPing while flying
