Meet And Greet!

Mike requested me to make this thread for him. Basically, this
is a series he is starting and he just interviews you and gets
to know more about you and records it, more like a getting to
know series. If you are interested in taking part, fill out this
application format and post below, and Mike will review them and
tell you if you got accepted etc.
