       To apply for Trusted you must follow the format below:
       Name:
       Birthdate:
       Ingame name:
       Time on server:
       Why do you want to be trusted?
       How many times have you been banned?
       Anything else you want to tell us?
       NOTE: You may only post 1 application per week, that's if you
       get denied.
       NOTE 2: You must have atleast 50 forum posts.
