MOARSTUFF

So I found this plugin named "moar stuff" a few months ago, and
I downloaded it. I can't seem to find the website anymore, but
if you're interested, I can send it to you through skype.
So in Moar Stuff, it pretty much adds more stuff to the game to
make it more interesting :)
Some things included:
-Ender bow: Shoots enderpearls like arrows
-Freeze bow: freezes mobs in a block of ice
-Cacti soup: lets you dig faster for 10 seconds
-Potato soup: Regens hp for 5 seconds
-Carrot soup: give you better nightvision for 10 seconds
-Chocolate milk: Makes you "hyper" for 10 seconds
-Mineshine Liquor - Impairs your physical and visual abilities
for a minute
All of these items are craftable! How?
