Minecraft / Ingame name : Z0RA
Question 1 : What do you do if you see someone x-raying? Follow
them for a while and take some screenshots, and if they are
really x-raying i will ask to take their items and give to a
staff rank higher than me, if they do not agree and say that
they have not been x-raying i jail them untill a staff member
higher than me (Orange or Extincts) will come on to make a
decision to unjail them or ban.
Question 2 : What do you do if you see someone griefing a
structure? I take some screenshots and maybe take a video and
ban them for griefing and tell them to go to the ban app's to
ask a staff to unban them, then i ask a rank higher than me
(Orange or extinct's) to make a decision to perm ban them or
unban them.
Question 3 : If someone is using abusive or rude language what
would you do? I warn them to please stop being rude and then if
they continue i kick the player and if they still continue i
simply ban them and ask them to do a ban app.
Why would you like to be a Adminstrator or lower? Because
whenever a staff member is not online and someone was griefing
my structures or a different players structures or being abusive
and spamming websites etc. I could do nothing to help them. If i
would get the spot as a staff or lower i would help the server
and ban many advertisers and many griefers / rude players If i
get bored i would start being a detective and help players find
out who griefed them or got a item they shouldn't have.
Other Reasons : I'm a medium builder and may build many things
for the server! If a rank higher than me such as Orange or
Extints tells me to build a structure i would be happy to. I
will also try to be active and happy if I have am angry i will
get rid of the anger and be happy and ready to help the server!
I also would love to learn more staff commands to become a
better staff etc.

You need the rank 'Trusted' before applying for a higher rank.
