What's wrong with the server

for the past couple of days when ever i come online and play
about 30 mins servers down. Is this happening to me only or are
other people experiencing this. What ever it is hopefully this
gets fixed soon.

I asked the server host and they say it's mainly Towny and
Worldguard causing lots of errors which is why the server keeps
crashing.
