Host won't let me start server

Ok, so now the host won't let me start the server, great.
They said, I checked the node and something was indeed spamming
it, found out it is your server causing these issues so they
need to be resolved before you start your server.
High CPU and spamming disk are the problems your server is
causing.
Then,
Looks like Towny and Worldguard are spamming your console so
you'll need to either update them and see if that fixes the
issue, if it doesn't you need to disable them.
Regarding the CPU, you will need to disable your plugins one by
one and see which one causes very high CPU.
Sooooo... What now... I've just updated, they still won't let
me.
