Host cut me off

I haz no access to anything with the server no more.. I dunno
why.... I can't start/stop or restart and access the files...
I'll let you know when we get access again...
EDIT:
This is what they said:
'Hello Simon,
We are contacting you on the grounds that your server has been
discovered to be spamming the nodes disk, because your server is
doing this it is causing issues for all servers on that node. We
have had to take actions to stop this from happening and
therefore have had to suspend your server till you have been
fully made aware of this issue.
As soon as you reply here we will unsuspend your server and
allow you to fix this. The main cause of these kind of issues
are things like routine backup plugins and simply not up to date
plugins, errors can be spamming your server console therefore
writing that to the disk and spamming the disk itself. If after
your server has been unsuspended and you're still found to be
spamming the nodes disk we will promptly terminate your server
and close your client account.
You may think actions like this are drastic and might be unfair
to you but being a games hosting provider we have a zero
tolerance of this, we do what's best for our clients and if
they're not receiving their service because your server is
lagging theirs then we have no choice but to terminate you.'
So... What next..

I asked them what plugin(s) is causing these issues, they said
'As far as I can see NoCheat is causing the errors, if you
remove that then this will be resolved.
I've unsuspended your server, please do not switch it on till
you've resolved this.'

If they try to fuck merchbukkit up the ass, well, get a new
host, because these are LOUSY....
