Stealing

Ok...
1. i have no evidence except, Kirat saw what happened.
2. I was messing with Sscar i hit him only 2 times, i knew i
wasnt going to kill him, he had enchanted diamond armor, i had
nothing, i hit him 2 times OONLY to mess with him, then he
killed me and took my stuff, the stuff he took was 10 Iron
ingots, 10 ender pearls, 34 melon kirat payed me for helping him
with his shop, then he also took afew shovels i was using for my
"not so-secret base" and he stole over 7 stacks of dirt for my
"not so-secret base". Itried negotiating a second fair deuel but
he only wanted to duel if he won he would get my stuff, if i won
i would get nothing. im not sure what to do... im posting here
so something can possibly b done.
3. Sorryi dont have any evidence, except Kirat.

Without evidence I can't do much, sorry.
Also, pvp is ALLOWED so if you don't want to get pvped, get to a
safe zone, like spawn, or create a town to protect yourself from
pvp.
