People pvping in Hotel

i was in the hotel on my floor and this guy named sWaZi and buff
something kept killing mei had lots of stuff and sWaZi who didnt
pay for his room took all my stuff from my incenotry put it in a
chest and also sWaZi took stuff from my chest it was locked a
day before when i came back it was open and im pretty sure he
stole my 1 stack of diamonds and a blcok of emerald he killed me
atlest 5 times with all my stuff can u plz give me his chest and
ban him cause all the items he has are mine.
