The Panda Plugin!

Heres an idea for all of the panda lovers on Merch!
The concept is very simple, you must be wearing a white leather
helmet, a black leather chestplate, white leather leggings, and
black leather boots. You must have sugarcane in your inventory
(to represent bamboo)
By typing in /panda you go into Panda Mode, and while in Panda
Mode you get the effects Strength I, Resistance I, Mining
Fatigue I, Slowness I.
Every 5 seconds that you're in Panda Mode you will loose 1
sugarcane, and it keeps taking your sugarcane till you run out,
then you are taken out of panda mode and your armor is removed
along with all the effects you have.
I don't think this is too overpowered, especially since most of
the players from Team Panda have high unarmed.
