Merch Evolved ban system

Well, the ban system in Merch Bukkit stinks, So I want a new ban
system in Merch Evolved, let me know what you guys think.
First minor offence: Warning
Second minor offence: Jail
Third minor offence: Temp ban (1 hour)
Fourth minor offence: Temp ban (10 hours)
Fifth minor offence: Temp ban (24 hours)
Advertising in merch: Instant IP ban
Grief: Following minor offence guide
Abuse of power: Demotion, no ban
Abusive language, caps, or spam: Warning, then 5 minute mute. If
they continue, then the mutes keep getting longer.
Nodus: Warning, 5 hour ban, 10 hour ban, 24 hour ban
Hacking: Depending on severity, temp ban to perm ban
Multi-Account: Warning, Ban one account, temp ban other, IP ban
if they don't stop
ALL STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A REPORT ON FORUMS IN ORDER
TO KEEP TRACK OF THE AMOUNT OF OFFENCES A PLAYER HAS!

I think hacking should have no temp ban just warning to perm
