Custom Plugins?

I think it'd be neat if we had custom items with special
effects, but of course you'd need a custom plugin for it. I'm
sucky with java coding, so I wouldn't be much help, but I'm
willing to help. Here's an example,
[center]Escape Plan[/center]
[center]Straight from Steve Space Co. designed with the
desperate pvper in mind! Simply right click below yourself to
quickly be launched and removed from the area! Or just right
click under your enemy and send them to spaaaaace!!![/center]
The item would be a firework that mounted the nearest user to it
and then it would fly up, explode, and then launch the player in
a random direction for, persay, 30 blocks away.
Heres another idea,
[center]Flashbang[/center]
[center]Need a distraction? Look no further! Simply right click
to toss this nifty little gadget at your opponent and (s)he will
be stunned for 2.5 seconds![/center]
The item would be a ghast tear, and when you right click, it
throws it on the ground, but explodes after 1.5 seconds and adds
the effect of slowness II, blindness II, and nausea II for 2.5
seconds to everyone within 8 blocks or so.
MOAR IDEAZ
[center]Spikes[/center]
[center]These pointy little suckers slow down any mob or person
while dealing 1.5 hearts of damage! Can only be broken by
shears![/center]
The item would be a netherwart, and when you planted it on
soulsand it would deal damage and slow down (a little bit more
then the slowsand) whatever walks over it, and can only be
broken by shears. (town greif protection will apply to all of
these items and same goes for the spawn and such)
I have plenty more ideas and I have a friend who makes these
types of plugins, so yeah :3

This sounds like Minecraft turning into COD., but if you/your
friend can code them without poisoning them, I guess I could
give some a try.

I have basic Eclipse coding. Eclipse is the program used to make
plugins. I might be able to make it, but I need to config the
commands and shiz.
