This is what happened.

Sorry but this is going to be long, so you don't have to read
(not that you would if you didn't want to anyway....) but, to
quote a book, "Thisiswhathappend"
Many have probably been wondering, Vospader998 and Rockhead53
were banned for a huge grief a while back. I don't think
everyone knows the whole story. Originally, there were three
people involved, not two. We didn't say anything as to get less
people banned, but now that he's not coming back to Merch,
Thisiswhathappened...
Gingerlisk had just gotten VIP and he was enjoying flying around
the Merch map. Well, one day while exploring, he found this
rough looking HUGE house with the doors knocked down. (This was
all on skype) He told Rockhead and I that he found this house
with no doors and open chests. He raided all the chests before
he told us. Then he said we should come down and help him raid
this house. We ptped to him and had a look around. This house
had defiantly already been griefed, either by endermen or
players I don't know, but it was in rough shape. Plus, doors
were items on the ground and there were no signs on the chests.
There was a town right next to it where only one person lives,
the town was long ago abandon. So we figured, hey, nobody would
care if we took stuff. The chests had already been raided by
Gingerlisk, so Rockhead took the beacon and gold blocks that
they rested apon. I took some iron blocks elsewhere. While I was
off ( I wasn't on, Rockhead told me this part) that the owner of
that house got on (I guess is wasn't abandon after all) and
Rockhead admitted it right away. He told me soon after, I'm like
"Oh, well I guess we should've have done that, we should return
the stuff and post our appeals and apologies." We both avoided
pointing fingers at each other and Gingerlisk. He said he just
got VIP and didn't want to get banned. So, being friends and not
wanting to get more people in trouble, we never mentioned him in
our appeal. Now that he has no plans of coming back it doesn't
matter. Rockhead just got a slap on the wrist and got on the
same day. I, on the other hand, had to wait 3-4 days before they
finally decided to unban me (I'm not complaining, I'm just
saying what happened). This event still haunts me today, I lost
a lot of respect from players and staff. For some reason, I
seemed to take full blame for this and Rockhead got a slap on
the wrist and Gingerlisk got off Scott free.
I'm not trying to say I didn't do anything, because I did, but
I'm trying to say it wasn't just me. I was a huge mistake and
I'm so glad the staff didn't pera ban me.
I am deeply sorry to the person's house I helped grief.
I will never do anything like that again.
I'm not pointing fingers, I'm not mad, I'm not trying to be
disrespectful.
