       Towny Nations

       well, recently Panda__God created a Nation called PANDA.co.  I
       was trying to join said nation however towny wouldn't let me.  I
       tried to leave my current nation and everything but it said
       Command disabled or you don't have permission.  So yeah, how do
       i join his nation. Thanks
