Arceus's MOD App! (Too soon?)

Experience with mod/admin commands? I have plenty of experience
with Moderator commands, I also find new plugins and test them
on a server that I make for fun and learn the plugin's commands.
Scenario 1: If you catch someone x-raying, what do you do? I
will first get evidence of them x-raying, then I will kick them,
telling them to force update their minecraft. If they come back
and I get more evidence of them x-raying again, I will ban them
and tell them to apply at the forums.
Scenario 2: If you catch someone griefing, what do you do? It
all depends on the scene. If the grief is not much, I'll
rollback the grief, jail them, then write a jail report at the
forums. But if it's a fairly large grief, I will rollback the
grief, ban them and tell them to apply at the forums.
Scenario 3: If someone is using abusive language or racism, what
do you do? I will simply give them a warning. If they continue,
I will give them a 5 minute mute, if they still continue, I will
ban them and tell them to apply at the forums.
Why do you want to be an admin/mod? I want to be a moderator to
keep the server safe. I know what the consequences are to the
users that break the rules. I have a decent repetition on the
server and I am nice to most of the people on merch. I don't
rage over little things so I wont rage if there is a
multiaccounter with 50 users on it. I have had plenty of
experience being mod and if I forget how to do something with
mod, I can just ask a mod or higher what to do.
Other thoughts: I know how to rollback :P
You must already have trusted before applying for mod! You must
already have mod before applying for admin!
