had never done this before... so I got out the milk....one egg
some flour and I would Think sugar should be added to the
mixture....I had seen jamee do this so many times... I thought
some left over prunes would make Nice for the iceing....Mixing
the ingregients in to the Bowl i scratched my head wondering
what else could be added... she always added salt so I added a
pinch....she always said just a pinch..... then taking the
wooden stick I beat the Mixture adding Milk as it grew

I was not the Best cook ever but you always taught Me excellent
things.. and would always tell me How good my cooking was... But
Liked to take over only Because you were the slave and enjoyed
useing ya Mothers recipes... I of course would agree and allow
