such, I would arrive promptly. Silent as the grave, I entered
the hall and would find my way to my usual chair. Pale eyes
shifted to take in the various faces in attendance but that gaze
would linger on Volstagg a moment longer than necessary.
A brief smile would reveal itself, though my mood had turned
sour with misgiving thoughts...mostly in regards to those things
I had heard about. I tried to keep those thoughts from my face
so that pretty features were set in a neutral expression....at
least for now.
