Agenda: closure event. Need your inputs
DIR By: Angeline

Dear all,
TOPIC: I am working on the agenda for February 27th (=closure
event in Lausanne). I consider this event as a last opportunity
to exchange about your experiences in menuCH through "fun
activities" and "exchange".
QUESTION 1: What would you like to do ? (e.g. presenting the
most strange meal(s) or food(s) you heard about during menuCH,
or the funniest situation you had with a participant, etc.)
QUESTION 2: How to organise this ? (e.g. each has to prepare PPT
presentation or a small poster, nothing special just talking,
etc.
DEADLINE to ANSWER : end of november
Many thanks for your inputs,
Angeline

Hello Angeline,
Thanks that you include us in planning our last day for menuCH.
Q1: strange meals/drinks or eating habits (special diet) sound
funny. I could tell some stories 'bout that... :)
Q2: an open round (maybe sitting in a circle), where everyone
can tell a short story would be good. This is not so "formal" as
with a presentation and so we could also talk independently and
it's more active, so everyone could tell his or her thoughts.
But a presentation with ppt would also be nice, maybe with
pictures of the found strange meals/foods. But I think I'd
rather prefer the open round in a circle. (a small ball or piece
of something always is a good possibility, to set clear, that
only the person with the item in his/her hands is talking).
Greets from Lucerne,
Nadine

Dear Angeline
Thank you for preparing the closure session.
Q1: I think everybody could tell some anecdotes if he/she likes
to (e.g. strange meals, funny participants, funny stories).
I think we could also take the opportunity to discuss about
issues with maybe difficult participants, how would somebody
else react in certain situations / share experiences.
Q2: Regarding this, I agree with Nadine. Open round, if somebody
wants to show pictures/powerpoint presentation it's possible to
do so, but not mandatory. Everybody can share with the others,
what he/she wants (as long it's funny or useful for the others).
We could also say that everybody has maximum 5 minutes to talk.
Regards, Tanja

Dear all,
Thank you Nadine and Tanja for your suggestions. I have read
them carefully and it seems that we have more or less the same
ideas.
Actually two sessions will probably be planned. The first one
should be for general feedbacks. You might exchange experiences;
positives and negatives as Tanja said. The „wool ball“ or
something similar could be used as Nadine suggested.
The second session will be about special and funny stories (e.g.
strange meals/drinks, strange participants or situations, etc.).
For the organization I will think about it and let you know soon
if you need to prepare something or not (e.g. pictures,
presentation PPT).
Thank you again for your inputs.
Kind regards,
Angéline

Dear Angéline
Sorry for the delay and thank you for the organization!
The ideas from Nadine & Tanja are good. It would be funny to
discuss the strange meals and other funny situations in an open
round!
Greetings from Bern
Diana
