       Omelette homemade: Facet10: with or without fat prepared?

       Hello everyone
       This is the first blog i use :)
       I hope you're all well everywhere in Switzerland!
       Maybe one of you can give me an answer to the following
       question:
       The food:
       Omelette (with flour), without filling
       Facet 10/ Preparation method:
       When the participant did the dough at home, it's homemade but:
       When there is no fat in the duff but the omelette is roasted
       with butter in the pan, does i have do choose at facet 10->
       homemade, used fat known (for the fat used to roast)? For that
       food EpicSoft doesn't ask about the facet 03, cooking method.
       There was an almost similar question and answer in the Q&A's
       Februar-june2014, page2, question 2. I doesn't understand the
       given answer there.

       Dear Diana
       You are right about this food, Facet 03 is not asked for this
       food, because it's defined like this by EpicSoft.
       For Facet 10 you choose homemade, without fat (if participant
       did not use fat for the dough).
       If participant roasted the omelette in the pan with fat -->
       it's best to add the fat separately as a Food-Item and create a
       composed recipe. If participant does not know the quantity of
       the needed fat for preparation, choose unknown and let EpicSoft
       calculate.
