       In-Game Basic Bugs

       Hello there!
       Sa-mp is multi-player game which allows many and different types
       of computers to play. It also allows poor computers which is not
       mainly for gaming. But, some users doesn't want to waste money
       to buy a gaming computer so, they play on their poor computers.
       And many companies provide bad internet for users but for cheap
       price that causes lags and high ping. Due to these problems when
       you play you can face one of the problems listed below:
       - Houses Gates and/or Doors doesn't open
       You can face this problem if your connection is a bit/much slow,
       Maybe your RAM is almost full and this may lead to the computer
       auto-shutdown or crashing of the game Also, Bad processors may
       cause this.
       You try the following to fix this problem:
       ~Restart the game
       ~End useless programs from windows task manager
       ~Restart your computer
       ~Restart your router/Wi-Fi or Re-put network cable
       
       - Can't Teleport and/or Can't Open Dialogs and/or Can't Spawn
       Cars
       You can face this problem if your connection is a bit/much slow.
       You try the following to fix this problem:
       ~Restart your router/Wi-Fi or Re-put network cable
       - Can't leave/enter my home
       You can face this problem if your connection is a bit/much slow.
       You try the following to fix this problem:
       ~Wait 1 Min (near the house door)/(After Typing the command)
       ~Restart your router/Wi-Fi or Re-put network cable
       - Can't talk in chat.
       You can face this problem if your connection is a bit/much slow.
       Maybe due to bad behavior an admin muted you.
       You try the following to fix this problem:
       ~Restart your router/Wi-Fi or Re-put network cable
       ~~If an admin who muted you then you cant fix it. You just have
       to wait.
