       Roleplay name (mandatory)
       Race (Elf, human, dwarf, orc, demon)
       Brief history (mandatory)(this is a story of your character)
       why should you join (mandatory)
       Past bans (mandatory)
       minecraft history (optional)
       Example:
       Real name: Tyler
       In game name: amizez
       Age: 18
       Roleplay name: amizez_menethil
       Race: elf
       Brief history:The immortal elven king amizez menethil is one of
       the primary aspects of the world, and plays an important role in
       the story.
