Commander of the Armies Nominations
(Sorry I wasn't on as much as I would have liked
yesterday, I'm also trying to ease back and limit the hours too
as some elements of my life were suffering from the distraction)
I did say to make decisions in my absence, if I was never
around, so it probably is a lot of my own fault that directions
are being taken without consensus at times.
I don't mind if someone else wants to step in and run things for
the future (you all know by now my reluctance at times in
ordering people about). Now if that means that you still need
to use me as a figurehead to get information out as the last
official elected Daimyo, I'll help where I can too (just let me
know to who and what needs said etc)
If we want a temp daimyo too we can do that separately. Not sure
we need one here where we can decide by consensus, though i
agree we'll still need Night in some role for her official
status. However, it's clear we need a central figure commanding
and co-ordinating the armies.
We can think of a fancy title later, but if she's willing I'd
like to nominate Nobuku.

I am willing, if reluctant, but I do agree there needs to be a
single leader. That does not mean that said leader would not
need or want advisers, but the many chiefs model we have been
using is definitely not working so well. :P
