       1. Rubberbanding
       By default, rubberbanding is turned off.  That means if you drag
       a component, wire, or group of components and wires, they
       disconnect from other wires and you have to reconnect them
       manually.  Click to enable the rubberbanding tool, which then
       means wires get stretched so that connections are maintained
       when dragging (but could also form false connections in the
       process):
