       Minutes of Mobile City Council Meeting AMENDING SECTION 7-14 OF
       THE MOBILE CITY CODE to include item (c)
       (c). It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any rooster
       within a residentially zoned area other than an area zoned as a
       residential-agricultural (R-A) district.
