       It has been mentioned that some local NPIP farms are taking in
       local chickens for various reasons. As I understand the rules,
       it is a violation, as that would possibly contaminate the flock
       unless the individual bird taken in has been tested. See the top
       of Page 7 of Biosecurity rules.
