Couldn't read code of conduct. I don't download and open stuff
on the internet. And to be honest, I only know how to use photo
programs. This is the second time I have tried to navigate this
site. I just totally don't understand it.

Good Morning, Lynn!
The link provided actually downloads the document to your
computer and allows you to save it at the location (on your
computer) of your choice. For the most part, the documents on
our Facebook page (stored in our Files section) function the
same way. But fear not... :)
