Why can't i download to mp3 now? Says itunes cannot support this
in Uk

It finished on 31st December. Itunes had a message up to that
effect all through december, as did the X factor website,
warning fans that it was finishing. I will send you them all on
CD (free of charge) Kirsten, if you let me have your mobile
number via the private messaging on this forum, and then you can
copy them to your MP3 player.

May I suggest you use the 'message' facility rather than putting
any phone number on the forum. Click on 'my messages' and then
'new message' I think the rest is easy to follow. That way
nobody else sees your conversation and it protects those
involved in sending personal details.
