       I don't actually think this is a strength.

       Promoted or not, this guy isn't reading the policies EVERY DAY.
       If he does, he can have my tag (and a recommendation for admin).
       The player has a mute history that's questionable (as well as
       banned for griefing).
       The app isn't really well written, they are overly vague or
       in-general nonsensical.
       All things considered, no.
