       I'll make it brief.
       Next to each thread (on the left side of the name) will be a
       small emoji, here is the legend for interpreting it.

       unsure as to whether they should be promoted. "Maybe", "I don't
       know" or "Perhaps later on in life" most accurately applies.

       we should strongly look at this user as an option for promoting.
       (These are the applications I would advise that you take a look
       at, even if you don't look at all of the app reviews posted.)

       highly suggest you do not promote these users.
       If I think one player NEEDS to be promoted, I will mark their
       app review "thumbs up" as well as pin it to the top for easy
       access.
